These are a staple for me and they come shipped to me from AtkinsBread fresher than what I can get at the local health food store. They are thicker than necessary, so I wish they were sliced thinner to decrease calories (and maybe a carb). Sometimes I just use one for my sandwich. These are great toasted a bit in a pan with a bit of butter and then used for a sandwich or eaten plain. I store them in the fridge and either toast them on the stove or in the toaster before using them. I am a huge bread eater but trying to stay low carb. This helps a lot. I absolutely love this bread!
