These are a staple for me and they come shipped to me from AtkinsBread fresher than what I can get at the local health food store. They are thicker than necessary, so I wish they were sliced thinner to decrease calories (and maybe a carb). Sometimes I just use one for my sandwich. The flavor is not overwhelmingly cinnamon so I use it for pretty much any sandwich, sometimes even if I still have plain on hand. I am a huge bread eater but trying to stay low carb. This helps a lot. I absolutely love this bread!
